With a farming background, Simon was raised in the central Wheatbelt town of Corrigin and completed his secondary education at Wesley College in Perth. Simon is a well-known and respected identity within the Great Southern real estate industry and is now into his 25th year in the business.

He has an extensive range of experience in numerous development projects, has overseen hundreds of real estate transactions, and since joining Elders has negotiated a wide range of large-scale broadacre sales.
