Blair started his professional life as a geologist and explorationist, searching for diamonds, gold, iron ore, and copper, from the Arctic tundra to the Sahara Desert, the African jungles to the Andes, and the Pilbara to NSW. After twelve years of adventure Blair decided to settle in magical Albany and pursue his passion for real estate.

Blair has lived in Albany since 2010, and loves the beauty of the natural environment, the culture, and the amazing outdoor lifestyle on offer.  He loves fishing and camping, and getting to some of the lesser-known beach camping spots with friends and family. As a dedicated foodie he also loves the burgeoning artisanal food and art scene in Albany.

Blair has sold everything from residential blocks, to luxury homes, commercial developments, and large lifestyle properties.  Blair prides himself on his strategic approach to selling which delivers a tailor-made plan of attack and innovative marketing solutions to all his clients.  He is also an accomplished auctioneer calling a large proportion of auctions in the Albany area, and having one of the best success rates with auction campaigns.

Blair loves the challenge of tracking what the market is doing, and continually developing strategies to get his clients the best results.  He is dedicated to providing friendly and relaxed yet consummately professional service, and is well respected in the industry for his honesty, as well as his excellent results.  Blair loves meeting and working with people from all backgrounds, and helping them achieve their goals.

“People generally come to us because they want, or need, to achieve something that is important to them.  They might need a bigger home, or a smaller home; they may want to achieve a financial goal, or to move suburb to be nearer the beach, a school, or loved ones.  People certainly don’t come to us for fun; putting your home on the market can be stressful and even traumatic, it is not something people do unless they are serious.  At Elders we aim to understand what sellers are trying to achieve, respect them, and give them professional and above all honest opinions, to empower them to make balanced decisions about their future.

Selling real estate is not rocket science. You need to educate sellers about where they will sit in the market, and get really honest about what buyers will think about their property.  This is what we offer at Elders, solid strategy that gives our clientele the best chance to get the best return.
